Only 8 are required for the quilt. The stitches used are Back stitch, Satin stitch, Detached Chain, French Knots, Colonial knots This BOM is sold as a complete kit (including 108″ wideback backing) and full pattern. The pattern will be broken into a General Instructions (full colour) booklet and 6 monthly full sized layout guides and instructions. In this way, the kit is broken into monthly segments, making it more manageable for you to keep on track without feeling overwhelmed. You will have the option of joining a Facebook group run by the fabric and pattern designer, Helen, where she will be commenting and providing any help needed.
