The Chateau quilt pattern uses 11 specially chosen fabrics that represent the colors of grapes, greenery and woody grapevines. Traditional piecing techniques are used in making this 108 square quilt. Backing fabric and batting will need to be purchased separately.Batik fabrics in this kit are from the Tonga Chateau Batik collection by Timeless Treasures. There are no substituted fabrics in this kit.Skill Level: Confident Beginner (traditional machine piecing).10 yards is recommended for the backing assuming a 44/45 width (additional fabric may be needed if using directional print) along with an 116 x 116 piece of batting.
